Shipping and refund policy

All items are processed within 24-48 hours of ordering. Shipping differs from one item to another depending on the item, manufacturer, shipping address and the location of the item ordered. Standard shipping costs, delivery methods and times are shown  on the check out page before payment processing. Other alternative costs and method of delivery are also shown once a shipping address is provided.

Returns & Exchanges

 

We offer a no-hassle 15-day return/refund/exchange policy.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An email must be sent to support@nomenallowed.com and we must approve your return before you can return your item.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 business days.

 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges
